POLICIES
Payment & Refund Policy:
- Payment is due before the first session.
- Refunds are only offered before the first session starts.
Payment plans (if you offer them) must be completed regardless of participation.
Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy:
- Sessions must be booked at least 24–48 hours in advance.
- Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations (<24 hours) count as a used session.
No‑Show Policy:
- If the client does not show up within 15 minutes, the session is marked as completed.
- No refunds for no‑shows.
Communication Policy:
- Text/email support available Mon-Sat 8:00am - 8:00pm.
Results & Responsibility Disclaimer:
- We provide guidance, tools, and support.
- The client is responsible for implementing the work.
- We cannot guarantee specific results.
Confidentiality Policy:
- All client information is kept private and confidential.
- We will not share client details without written consent.
Termination Policy:
(Termination of clients contract may be issued upon the following grounds)
- The client is disrespectful
- The client repeatedly violates policies
